Laquered Finishes ...

Most modern pieces of furniture have lacquered finishes. In order to restore these to the same high quality as when they were new, special spray equipment is required. These special spray finishes help make the surfaces resistant to heat and water - so its ideal for coffee or dining tables infact its a great idea for giving your kitchen cabinets a facelift. Whatever your project, we have the facilities and skills to create a showroom finish.

What our customers say ...

'Mark Challis came to our rescue after our toddler managed to pull off the door of a bow fronted Victorian cabinet. He collected the piece and returned it to our home mended and revitalised. The polish gleamed and yet still looked utterly authentic with all the character retained. We very much plan to use Mark again - he provides a quality service which represents great value for money.

We were given a lovely antique dining table and chairs. The chairs were in very poor condition and we were nervous that they were not going to survive. Mark was able to rescue them and they are now very comfortable and – more to the point – solid! As we were going away, Mark offered to renovate the chairs without removing them from our home and he left everything clean and tidy whilst doing a terrific job.

The table we had been given was very low and we tried to buy cups for the legs to raise it. We could not find anything that looked right with the table – they were all rubber or plastic – and Mark ‘turned’ us some wooden cups at exactly the height we needed. We were delighted with them and show off to everyone who comes for dinner… They were much better value than the ones we found on the internet – especially because Mark took the time to guide us on style and colour etc.
